Two supermarkets sell most of Australia's food. The people who actually grow it are invisible behind the shelf, and the system likes it that way: an unknown farmer has no pricing power, no audience and no story anyone can check.
When a shopper knows your name, your face and your paddocks, price stops being the only thing on the label. Anonymity is a discount you never agreed to.
Not in a boardroom, not on a form. At the farm. We verify at the gate and publish only what we saw, and we say so plainly on every page.
Every product in this network scans back to the people who produced it. That is what decentralising food actually looks like: a thousand known names instead of two known logos.
Websites, codes, content and brand are cheap for corporates and out of reach for most farms. We close that gap so the playing field tilts back toward the person doing the work.
Back the producer. Lead the eater. Check everything.
Know Your Farmer grew out of Nutrition Verified, built by people who have farmed, sold meat at markets and stood at the gate on kill day. The verified map, the QR provenance system and the producer network came first. This site exists because producers kept asking the same question: can you do that for us? Yes. That is the whole business.
